Belair National Park (SA)

We back tracked slightly from Adelaide to spend a few days at the Belair National Park which is South Australia’s oldest park and offers many walking trails. We walked a 10km loop trail that started a little ho-hum but quickly turned into a good old fashioned Aussie bush walk.🐨

Joke of the week – Simba was walking to slow so I told him to Mufasa.🤣

We chose to stay at the Belair National Park Holiday Park as we were visiting Dave’s brother and family who live nearby. They were amazing tour guides and hosts and we really appreciated spending time with them.❤️ They showed us some beautiful towns and beaches south of Adelaide.😎

We visited Goolwa and drove to where the Murray River reaches the Southern Ocean (Murray Mouth). Then onto Port Elliott for a very enjoyable seafood lunch and stopped again for a walk around Victor Harbour. We’ll definitely be returning to these stunning waterfront locations for a longer stay.
